How can I make a change or cancel my online order?
CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE-ONLY ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
Please submit all Cancellation requests via our Cancellation Request Form.
In-Store Items
Orders for items carried in-store can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the delivery date. Please fill out our Cancellation Request Form to request to cancel your order.
Online Only Items
Orders will be processed by Great American Home Store within 24-48 hours pending order approval by our Card Payer Protection Provider, NoFraud. Once approved, items will be shipped within 24-48 hours by the manufacturer. If you decide to cancel your order, please cancel within 24 hours of placement. Cancellation requests submitted outside 24 hours from order placement cannot be cancelled. Please submit a Cancellation Request Form to initiate this request.
