How do I cancel my order?

We'd hate to lose you as a customer, but if you need to cancel, contact our sales support team.

Customers may receive a full refund if the invoice is canceled before delivery within 30 days from the original date of their transaction, assuming that the customer has not taken possession of any of the merchandise. This excludes special orders which are not subject to cancellations or refunds.
