How soon can an item be picked up if it is in stock in your warehouse?
In stock items can usually be picked up the same day as long as the item is at your preferred pick up location and the order is placed before 4pm for online orders, pending order verification and processing.
If the item is not in stock at the desired warehouse, they can be picked up after 1-2 business days. In these cases, merchandise may need to be transferred from one of our local warehouse locations to another so it can be available at your desired pick up location. Once the merchandise is available at the warehouse you'd like to pick up from, simply give us a call at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival so we can prepare the merchandise.
If you selected pickup on your online order and the item is not available to pickup at the warehouse of your choice, a member of our staff will notify you when it will be available to pick up.
