I can't get my adjustable base to move up or down.

If your adjustable base and remote are powered and the head and foot are not moving up or down, it's possible that the Child Lock has been activated. Please see the instructions below for how to deactivate the Child Lock feature to return movement to your adjustable base's head and foot.
