I purchased a ProtectAll protection plan and need to make a service request. What do I need to do? Who do I contact?

Service requests can be filed online (www.myprotectall.com) or by phone (1-888-216-8519). Service requests must be filed within 30 days of discovery of the damage. Please have your invoice and protection plan Terms and Conditions on-hand.*

*If your purchase was made prior to August 1, 2022 and you opted for the furniture protection plan, you will need to file your claim through Montage rather than ProtectAll. To file a claim with your Montage plan please first contact our Customer service department at 662-996-5161 and we will be happy to advise you on how to file your claim with Montage.
