I've decided I don't like my item now that it's in my home. What can I do?
Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery or pick-up in its original condition as part of our 72 Hour Happiness Guarantee. For mattress and bedding items, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee applies instead.
For delivered items, the customer is responsible for the new pick up fees on any returns, in addition to the original delivery fee. For customer pickups, the customer shall return the items or can pay a pick-up fee.
