If you are unsure of the ETA for a backordered item, we recommend getting in touch with your sales representative or one of our helpful front desk staff who will look it up. If you have an email address on file in your account with us, our system will send you automated updates whenever your ETA is changed or updated. Please be aware that ETAs on backordered items are rough estimates that are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. GAHS has no control over the ETA of backordered items once the item is ordered.
