My promo code wasn't accepted or says it's invalid. Why?
There could be several reasons why a promo code is not working. Please read below for some possible explanations.
1. The Promo Code is expired.
Some promo codes have an expiration date. If you are attempting to use the promo code beyond it's expiration date, the site will not accept it. If you believe this is in error, please contact us.
2. The Promotional offer does not apply to the items in your cart.
Some offers have exclusions, meaning they do not apply to certain items. A promo code will only apply a discount to your order if you have applicable items in your cart at checkout. Please check the terms of the offer for further details.
3. The Promo Code has already been used.
