The mattress I purchased isn't working out. Can I return it for a full refund?
We are not able to offer any refunds for mattresses or bedding. However, for mattress items, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee applies. If you purchased one of our mattress protectors with your new mattress, you can choose to exchange your mattress for one of equal or lesser value once after 30 nights of sleeping on your new mattress.
For delivered mattresses, the customer is responsible for the new pick-up fees on any returns, in addition to the original delivery fee. If you picked up your mattress, the customer shall return the items or can pay a pick-up fee.
Foundations (including adjustable bases) are not returnable, refundable and are not covered under our 90 Night Comfort Guarantee.
