What sort of delivery options are available?
We currently offer white-glove delivery to customers within 200 miles to your home for a fee. This service includes:
Opening the merchandise on our docks
Disposal of all boxes and trash
Trained furniture technicians will inspect and deluxe the merchandise before it is loaded for delivery
You will be called the night before your scheduled delivery day and given a 3-hour time frame.
Assembly of your merchandise.
Delivery to your home and set up in the room of your choice.
Items requiring power will be set up in your home and we will show you how to operate the controls.
Delivery drivers will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain 6 feet of social distance at all times.

Additional facts about white-glove delivery
Our teams have a 98% first time out delivery success rate. This is one of the highest rates in the industry. We are always trying to improve on this number.
Deliveries made within 200 miles of our store receive in-home service on manufacturer defects for one year from date of delivery. Please note that this does not include merchandise that is sold from the outlet or that is deemed AS-IS. If delivery is made outside of the 200 miles radius of our stores the customer must bring the merchandise back for service of the manufacturer defect within the first year.
This white glove delivery service does not include the following:
Clearing a path into the room or moving of any existing items.
Removal of old furniture or mattresses.
