Why did I get an email, call, or text message from NoFraud after my online order?

If you received an email, call, or text message from a company called NoFraud, this is a legitimate message sent on behalf of The Great American Home Store. NoFraud is a third party purchase verification service that helps us to validate the authenticity of online transactions in our efforts to combat fraudulent use of credit cards and identity theft.

If you receive an email, call, or text from NoFraud, your order will be held until you respond. You may be asked for a simple yes or no answer to questions regarding the information you used in the online purchase process. In some cases, you may be asked to provide additional information. Once satisfactory information has been provided and NoFraud confirms your order is safe to process, we can usually begin processing your order right away.

If you choose not to respond, we unfortunately will not be able to complete your online order. Your online order will be cancelled and refunded, and you will always be welcome to visit our store and make your purchase in person.
