Why do I have to purchase a mattress protector to get the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee?
In order to keep the integrity of our mattress products, a mattress protector prevents any damage in the event you do decide to return it. If you plan to keep the mattress, the mattress protector is yours as well!
I purchased a ProtectAll protection plan and need to make a service request. What do I need to do? Who do I contact?
Service requests can be filed online (www.myprotectall.com) or by phone (1-888-216-8519). Service requests must be filed within 30 days of discovery of the damage. Can I add a ProtectAll plan to my purchase after receiving my merchandise?
No, the protection plan may only be added up to the delivery of your merchandise.
Can I cancel my ProtectAll plan?
If no service requests have been made, plans can be cancelled within 30 days after the receipt of the plan for a full refund. Other cancellations will be entitled to a pro-rata refund, minus the cost of any service provided. Please see your Terms and Conditions for state-specific cancellation terms.
