Why are so many items out of stock and taking longer to get?

How soon can an item be picked up if it is in stock in your warehouse?
If the item is not in stock at the desired warehouse, they can be picked up within 1-2 business days. In these cases, merchandise may need to be transferred from one of our local warehouse locations to another so it can be available at your desired pick up location. Once the merchandise is available at the warehouse you'd like to pick up from, simply give us a call at least 30 minutes prior to you
Can I reserve a back-ordered item with a down payment?
Yes, you can reserve an out of stock item that is on back-order. In order to reserve it, a 25% down payment is required along with the full tax and delivery cost, if applicable. You can reserve out of stock items in-store or an online support specialist can assist you in reserving items via a secure online payment form sent by email.
