Does Great American re-upholster furniture?
The Great American Home Store does not offer re-upholstery services at this time.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, we can help you place an order over the phone if you are an existing customer. Simply call one of our stores and ask to speak to a member of our sales staff who will help you complete your order. If you are new to shopping with us, please visit one of our locations, where we will be happy to help you find the perfect furniture for your home, or place your order online.
I no longer want to receive email from you. How do I opt-out?
We're sorry to see you go, but you can visit our Preference Center to opt-out of email communications.
Does Great American offer a to-the-trade program?
We currently do not offer to-the-trade programs at this time.
Will you repair furniture from another store?
No, we will only address repair issues for items purchased from us.
How do I make a purchase as a tax exempt organization?
Tax-exempt purchases must be made in-store to verify identity. Please visit one of our store locations and our staff will be happy to assist you.
I need help picking out furniture for an entire room. Can you help?
Absolutely! We are available via email, live chat, and phone to help you pick out the pieces that would work best with your room. It is also much easier to work with someone in person, so we recommend coming by one of the Home Store locations to get assistance with your design.
