I purchased a Montage protection plan and need to make a claim. What do I need to do? Who do I contact?
Contact the plan provider, Montage Furniture Services, within 30 days of noticing the problem by calling their customer service toll-free number at 1-800-686-5559 or by sending an email with your claim details to them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I purchased a Montage protection plan when I bought my furniture. What does it cover?
Montage Protection Plans, offered by Montage Furniture Services, are way to protect your furniture against accidents. Please note that it is not an extended warranty. It does cover accidental damage with some limitations. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear. See the pamphlet you received at time of purchase for your specific plan's coverage details. I lost my Montage protection plan contract. Where can I get a copy of it?
The store location you purchased the protection plan from will have another copy. Let us know and we can email, text or send it to you over chat, or you can come in and have us print out a copy. Problem solved!
Can I file a furniture protection plan claim online?
Please contact Customer Service by calling one of our store locations, or send us a live chat message. At this time, we are not able to accept online protection plan claims.
Will you repair furniture that is out of warranty?

Do you service La-Z-Boy products?
If the La-Z-Boy item was purchased at one of our stores, then we will service as long as it is under warranty. If it was not purchased at one of our store locations, we will not service these items.
Who will service my furniture under warranty if I relocate?
Please contact the manufacturer who will be able to provide you instructions for receiving service if you are outside of The Great American Home Store's service area, which is currently 200 miles from the Memphis, TN area. For obtaining service for your Montage protection plan outside our service area, contact Montage Furniture Services and they will connect you with a service contractor in your area. I need to schedule a service call. Can I do that on this website?
No, we are unable to offer that option at this time. Please contact our Customer Service team by using our live chat service or by our calling our store.
Is as-is merchandise warranted?
All as-is merchandise is sold without any applicable warranties.
Can I cancel my Montage plan?
The protection plan, like all merchandise, can be canceled within 72 hours. If you would like to cancel the plan after the 72 hour period is over, you must contact Montage Furniture Services directly. You may be required to send in a written explanation of why you are looking to cancel your plan, and you may only be entitled to a partial refund of your plan.
Why do I have to purchase a mattress protector to get the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee?
In order to keep the integrity of our mattress products, a mattress protector prevents any damage in the event you do decide to return it. If you plan to keep the mattress, the mattress protector is yours as well!
Will Great American "buy back" my Montage plan if I don't use it?
No, we no longer offer buy backs on unused Montage plans.
