My item is on backorder. How do I find out the ETA?
If you are unsure of the ETA for a backordered item, we recommend getting in touch with your sales representative or one of our helpful front desk staff who will look it up. If you have an email address on file in your account with us, our system will send you automated updates whenever your ETA is changed or updated. Please be aware that ETAs on backordered items are rough estimates that are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. GAHS has no control over the ETA of backordered
The ETA for an item I have on backorder was pushed out. Why does this happen?
There are many reasons why a back-ordered item ETA could be delayed. This can be caused due to complications during shipping, inclement weather, the item could be back-ordered at the factory itself, or the manufacturer may be unable to meet the quoted delivery timeframe. We do our best at GAHS to help prevent delays on back-ordered items as much as we can, but much of the process is beyond our control. We know that backorders and delays can be very frustrating. Why didn't I get an order confirmation or receipt?
Please check that the email address on your account and order are correct. If necessary, please contact us and have the item name and number, your account information, and correct email address on hand so we can make sure you get your confirmation.
How can I find out when my back-ordered items become available?
We will notify you of important changes to the status of your back-ordered items, like when they become delayed or available. You can contact us at any time for an update.
How can I find out the status of an order placed online?

Can I get a copy of a receipt or invoice from a previous purchase?
Yes. Call us and we can email or fax it to you, or you can come by the store and we can print it for you.
How do I cancel my order?
We'd hate to lose you as a customer, but if you must cancel, contact our sales support.
I have questions about my order. Who do I talk to?
We recommend that you contact your salesperson since they are the most familiar with you and what you purchased. If, however, you cannot locate your salesperson’s information or they are unavailable, you can contact the store you purchased from and we will help make sure you speak to the right person.
I have furniture on back order that I'm waiting on. Will I be contacted when it is in stock?
Note: if you have a delivery scheduled, you will also get a text, email or phone call the night before your scheduled delivery date with your 3-hour delivery appointment time.
