Why is there no “Add to Cart” button next to the item I want to order?
If an item does not have an “Add to Cart” button, it is because it must either be purchased in store or special-ordered. Please Contact Us to purchase the item.
Is my personal information such as Social Security number and Bank Account numbers encrypted for security purposes on your website?
Yes. Our payment transactions are processed through a third-party processor called Authorize.net, similar to PayPal. Any transactions you submit are processed according to the highest level of industry security standards and are encrypted accordingly.
Do you charge sales tax for online orders?
Yes, as of August 13th, 2019, we charge sales tax in all states. If you placed an order prior to this date and were not invoiced for sales tax, you are responsible for remitting any sales or use tax due to your state and local municipalities. For deliveries, tax is calculated based on the deliver-to address. For pickups, tax is calculated based on the pickup location.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, we can help you place an order over the phone. Simply call one of our stores and ask to speak to a member of our sales staff who will help you complete your order.
Can I buy online without setting up an account?
Yes, although creating an account assures you can pay online in a safe environment. The account also allows for easy communication with customer service about any potential issues with your purchase. Better to be safe than sorry.
Can I purchase rugs online?
Currently, we are not able to offer rug purchases online. All of our rugs are made to order and must be customized to your specifications in order to purchase. If you would like to purchase a rug, please Contact Us or visit one of our Home Store locations to begin customizing your own.
Can I use my Wells Fargo or Synchrony account to make purchases online?
Yes, existing Wells Fargo and Synchrony customers can use their accounts to make purchases online.
Will I get an order confirmation via email?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provide during checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept for online purchases?
Currently, we are able to accept all major credit cards for online purchases. We are not able to accept other methods of payment at this time.
When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?

Why isn't my coupon code working?
That's unusual. Contact Us to find out whether the current sale has ended or if the coupon code needs updating.
In order to add items to my saved shopping cart, do I need to sign in?
No, you do not need to be signed in to save your shopping cart. However, there are benefits of creating an account, such as being able to save wish lists and shipping, payment and billing information.
Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date?
Yes, but if the item you have saved is in low stock, it may disappear before you can get back to it. Typically items that you put into your Cart or Quicklist will be retained for you in the future.
Can I order online?
Yes, you can place orders online.
When will I be charged for my online purchase?
Most online purchases will be processed within 24 hours. First, we will contact you to confirm your order and delivery/pick up arrangements. Once your order has been approved, we will capture your funds at that time. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for charges to hit your account.
I want to order an item marked as “Custom Order,” but there is no “Add to Cart” button. How do I order it?

If I place an order online, can I continue to work with my in-store sales person?
Of course! You can even put their name in when you order online. They’ll receive credit for your order.
