The 72 Hour Happiness Guarantee is our commitment to making sure that we have met or exceeded your expectations. I've decided I don't like my item now that it's in my home. What can I do?
Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery or pick-up in its original condition as part of our 3 Day Happiness Guarantee. For mattress and bedding items, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee applies instead.
The mattress I purchased isn't working out. Can I return it for a full refund?
For mattress and bedding items, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee applies. If you purchased one of our Pure Care mattress protectors with a Sealy, Sealy Optimum, Serta, Stearns & Foster, or TEMPUR-Pedic mattress set, you're covered under our 90 Night Comfort Guarantee.
What is Great American’s return policy? Will I receive a full credit?
As the only store in the Memphis-area to offer a 72-Hour Happiness Guarantee, you may return items within 72 hours of delivery or pick up in its original condition. For mattress and bedding items, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee applies instead.
