What does the “72 Hour Happiness Guarantee” mean?
The 72 Hour Happiness Guarantee is our commitment to making sure that we have met or exceeded your expectations. It means that if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase after its delivery, simply let us know within 72 hours of your delivery and you can return it for a full refund less any delivery/pickup fees, if applicable. The mattress I purchased isn't working out. Can I return it for a full refund?
We are not able to offer any refunds for mattresses or bedding. However, for mattress items, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee applies. If you purchased one of our mattress protectors with your new mattress, you can choose to exchange your mattress for one of equal or lesser value once after 30 nights of sleeping on your new mattress.
I've decided I don't like my item now that it's in my home. What can I do?
Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery or pick-up in its original condition as part of our 72 Hour Happiness Guarantee. For mattress and bedding items, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee applies instead.
